Arabica bean coffee utilizing Typica, Bourbon, Caturra, Pache, and Catimor varieties. Grown between 4800-6000′ in rich organic soils of the Chanchamayo region of South Central Peru. Grown by Indigenous farmers of the Cooperative Agraria Cafetalera La Florida which was established in 1966 and devastated by violent gurellas of the Shining Path in 1980. The coop has proven resilient and has grown to over 1200 family farmers.
Aroma: Fruity, chocolaty
Taste: Sweet, clean with hint of cocoa
Body: Light to medium
Aftertaste: Fruit and chocolate, clean finish
